Perfect stay for 2 ppl looking for a Glamping option in Lake Superior North Shore. Location was near Grand Marais which made it easy as a jumping off point coming and going between Duluth and grand portage. It was very clean and cozy with breathtaking views of Lake Superior from the panoramic windows. Loved it, would highly recommend

Amazing!! My husband and I had such a wonderful time. Loved the vibe, great energy, beautiful inside and out. The view in the morning, sipping my tea with a great book was perfect! We will be back for sure!

After staying at the cabin many times, I was a little nervous that Tranquilo would be too small for us. I was WRONG!!! I love it even more the original. Views are unparalleled and it's a tiny slice of heaven, Thank you!

Simone was able to host us on such short notice, and did a great job! The cabin was exactly what we needed and the sauna was a huge bonus!! Nice views of Lake Superior. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for our 20th anniversary and it was well worth it! Gorgeous views, the sauna was amazing, and the Airbnb itself was so cute. Already thinking about our next visit.

Privacy - If you are concerned about the other homes on the property, I am happy to report back that we felt completely alone the entire time. The line of sight was perfection. There are blinds on every window that work well. The home behind you is up and across the driveway and far enough back we didn't even know if they were there or not. Saw eagles every day. Home - Everything we needed was there, clean, and functional. Well curated kitchen. Looked ready for a magazine shoot. Games in the cabinet in front of the bar stools. We have been meaning to learn cribbage for quite a while and were thrilled to find a board available. Sleeping - The loft is as advertised. I found it very cozy. My husband is very weird about non-squared sleeping spaces and was able to sleep up there, though he did prefer the couch for more open space, which he reported was very comfortable. I love that there is an alternative sleeping space. If you are on the fence you have a back up plan.

This is such a treasure! We pulled up and it instantly felt safe and inviting. The full strawberry moon raised over the lake as we looked out the huge picture windows. We couldn’t have loved this place more.

Our stay at Agua Norte was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft and loved the space. It’s exactly as described and the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. So close to the town and other great things to do but feels very private and secluded. It is a shared property but still feels private with each space. We loved it so much we didn’t even do all the adventuring we planned because we just loved being there! The Sauna was also wonderful, easy to book, and had a stunning view. We would absolutely come back!

We had the best time at Simone’s place! The view of the lake was STUNNING. We had a private deck and fire pit and the house itself was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. Simone thought of every little detail when creating this space, and it really showed! We were a quick drive from the main Grand Marais town center and a few miles down the road from gorgeous hikes. Would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Can’t wait to stay again!

Agua Norte is the perfect getaway! Our stay at Tranquilo cabin was exactly what was promised. Just picture perfect. We enjoyed the sauna and the property trail. We visited Grand Marais, Grand Portage and even drove into Canada since we were so close. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, serene vacation.
